Gold medal in Chess

Employees of “Baiterek” Holding and its subsidiaries took part in the challenge dedicated to the Day of the Builder and the 30th anniversary of RSE “Gosexpertiza” held on August 4, 2018 in Astana.

The organizer of mini-football, volleyball, chess and ping-pong competitions was the Committee on Construction and Housing and Utilities Services of the Ministry of Investment and Development. Four kinds of sports challenges lasted from early morning until late evening. Organizers, judges and participants of the games noted the high level of competitiveness in each kind of challenge.

As a result of a tough struggle for victory, mini football and volleyball teams of “NMH “Baiterek” JSC overcame the group stage and reached the semi-finals. At the same time, the Manager of the Directorate for Technical Monitoring of “Baiterek Development” JSC (a subsidiary of “NMH “Baiterek” JSC) Marat Bekzat was awarded with a special prize “The best defender of the mini-football challenge” during the ceremony.

The main victory of the Holding team was in chess, where Erdos Altynbekov, the Chief Legal Officer of the Legal Department of “Kazakhstan Mortgage Company” JSC (a subsidiary of “NMH “Baiterek” JSC) got seven wins in seven rounds. The gold medal and a special cup of competitions became the deserved awards for the winner.
