On October 27, Timur Zhanke, Managing Director and a member of the Management Board of Baiterek Holding, held an online conference on the Open Dialogue portal of the electronic government website.
Having signed up with an electronic digital signature, users could ask their questions regarding the activities and products of Otbasy Bank and Kazakhstan Housing Company. All questions were answered promptly.
Please note that the Holding official website has a Q&A section (https://baiterek.gov.kz/ru/qa/), where you can ask a question regarding the activities of the Holding and its subsidiaries, implemented government programs, and government support measures. This does not require an electronic digital signature. You will be asked to enter your phone number and an e-mail so we can send you an answer. Since the beginning of 2021, the Holding's website has received 206 questions, which were answered in a timely manner.
In addition, Aidar Arifkhanov, Chairman of the Holding’s Management Board, has a personal blog on the Open Dialogue portal (https://dialog.egov.kz/blogs/2326528/welcome). Feel free to post your questions there. Since January 2021, the blog has received 49 requests, which were considered within the timeframe stipulated by law.
