"Baiterek" holding redeemed its own bonds ahead of schedule
On February 12, 2021, Baiterek National Management Holding JSC carried out a full early redemption of its own bonds for a total of 65 billion tenge.
The bonds were issued and placed in 2019 for up to 10 years within the framework of financing subsidiaries of the Baiterek Development JSC Holding for the implementation of investment projects in the construction industry through the mechanism of attracting funds from external sources.
It should be noted that in 2020 Baiterek Development JSC became a part of the Single operator of housing construction - Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC.
The holders of the bonds were subsidiaries of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan JSC "Unified Accumulative Pension Fund" and JSC "State Social Insurance Fund".
