Baiterek Holding issued bonds worth 50 billion tenge at KASE

“Baiterek” National Managing Holding JSC has successfully placed a set of bonds on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange’s website. The bonds are worth 50 billion tenge and issued at a rate of return of 11% per annum and a circulation period of 10 years.

The bonds were offered to a wide range of investors, the demand amounted to 142% at the specialized trades. The money raised will be used for lease financing through the Industrial Development Fund, the Holding's subsidiary.

“Halyk Finance” JSC performed financial consulting and underwriting functions. “Halyk Finance” JSC and “SkyBridge Invest” JSC acted as brokers.
