Baiterek and Masraf Al Rayan discuss prospects for the development of Islamic finance

On February 19, 2024, a meeting was held at the Baiterek holding with the delegation of the Qatari bank Masraf Al Rayan.
The parties discussed the possibilities of cooperation, in particular the exchange of experience in the field of Islamic financing, investment projects, and the use of Islamic financing instruments in the activities of the Holding’s subsidiaries.
It should be noted that on February 14, 2024, during the visit of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Qatar, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Masraf Al Rayan and Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC at an investment round table.
