"National Managing Holding "Baiterek" Joint Stock Company (Holding), located at the address: 55A building, Mangilik El avenue, Esil district, city of Astana, Z05T2H3, Republic of Kazakhstan and having the following company details: IIC (KZT) No. KZ486010111000177563 in "Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan" JSC, BIN 130 540 020 197, TRN 620 500 024 170, informs that in accordance with the order dated July 04, 2018 by the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 498, which is a decision made by the person owning all the voting shares of the Holding, annual financial statements (consolidated and separate) of the Holding for 2017 have been approved and the decision not to pay ordinary shares dividends at the end of 2017 was made.
