A meeting of the strategic planning committee was held at the Baiterek holding

On February 21, 2024, a meeting of the strategic planning committee was held at JSC National Management Holding Baiterek.

The meeting discussed issues related to the implementation of the Digitalization Strategy for 2021–2023 and analytical information based on the results of a study of customer satisfaction as part of financial support for agro-industrial complex projects.

As part of the Digitalization Strategy, the Holding has achieved significant success in the automation and digitalization of services in the areas of lending, subsidies, leasing, insurance, guarantees and investments. In 2023, the Unified Business Support Portal was introduced - www.bgov.kz. The portal was developed to simplify the process of obtaining financial support for business entities of all categories - from micro to large businesses; integrations with key partners have also been implemented, including QazTrade JSC, Otbasy Bank, and KAZAKH INVEST.

The results of the customer satisfaction survey showed a high level of satisfaction with the services provided by the Agrarian Credit Corporation and KazAgroFinance.

Additionally, initiatives were presented to further improve the quality of customer service, including the launch of mobile applications and accepting applications through Telegram-bot, aimed at simplifying access to the Holding’s services.

In addition, issues of international cooperation and the results of the Holding’s activities for 2023 were discussed at the meeting.
