Registration of changes to the Prospectus of shares issue of JSC “Baiterek” NMH” (No. 4)

On February 10, 2014 changes introduced in the Prospectus No. 4 of shares issue of JSC “Baiterek” NMH” were state-registered by the Committee on the Control and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Changes have been introduced in the Prospectus due to election of members of the Board of Directors of JSC “Baiterek” NMH” (The Decree of the First Vice-Minister for Industry and New Technologies No. 464 of 30.12.2013)
