Registration of changes to the Prospectus of shares issue of JSC “Baiterek” NMH” (No. 1)

On July 23, 2013 changes introduced in the Prospectus of shares issue of JSC “Baiterek” NMH” were state-registered by the Committee on the Control and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Changes have been introduced in the Prospectus due to: 
1. Election of members of the Board of Directors (the Decree No. 471 of the Chairman of the Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, E. Utepov, of 25.06.2013);
2. Election of the Chairman Board of Directors of JSC “Baiterek” NMH” (the Decree No. 422 of the Chairman of the Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, E. Utepov, of 30.05.2013);
3. Increasing number of declared shares (ordinary shares) of JSC “Baiterek” NMH” by 5 000 000 000 copies (the Decree No. 209 of the First Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, A.
