According to the mentioned extract:
- the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 5,000,086,550 pieces;
- 1,034,218,712 common shares of the company are outstanding;
- the Company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of the total outstanding shares of the company is GI "Government Property and Privatization Committee of the MF RK".
