Ussen Galym

Deputy Chairman of the Board 

Ussen, born in 1983, is a citizen of Kazakhstan. He was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board in June 2023. The Board of Directors ratified his appointment as a member of the Management Board on August 29, 2023. He is responsible for strategy and corporate development, risk management, and information technology.

Education:

·       Harvard John F. Kennedy School of Government (Massachusetts, USA) - Master of Public Administration (2023)

·       Osaka University, School of Economics (Osaka, Japan) - Bachelor of Economics and Business (2008)

Career Highlights:

·      2008 to 2011, a software developer at Simplex Inc. in Tokyo, Japan.

·       2012 to 2018, held several positions at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting LLC in Tokyo, Japan.

·       2019 to 2020, worked on digitalizing the social and labor sector, including as Director of the Department for Analysis and Development of Public Services at the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.

·       2020 to 2021, Director of the Department of Digitalization of Corporate Solutions at BI Innovations LLP in Astana.

He does not occupy any additional part-time positions or possess shares in affiliated organizations.
