Education: Diploma in General Engineering at the Rhineland-Palatinate University of Applied Sciences in Bingen.
Professional Experience:
1982 to 1984: an employee of the Federal Defense Industry Agency in Koblenz.
1984 to 1989: Project Manager of Feinmechanische Werke Mainz GmbH.
1989 to 1998: Head of the development of the airflow system, technical director of “Feinmechanische Werke Mainz GmbH”.
1998 to 2004: a member of the Management Board of Mannesmann Rexroth AG, later Bosch Rexroth AG, responsible for the hydraulics area; since 2001, responsible for the automation area.
2004 to 2022 - Chairman of the Management Board of Bosch Rexroth AG, responsible for industrial automation and functional manufacturing; Managing Partner of the Knauf Group, responsible for production, sales, technical support and development.
Since January 5, 2023, he has been appointed member of the Board of Directors of Baiterek NMH JSC; independent director by order of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan # 2.
He does not own any shares in the Holding or shares and participatory interests in legal entities that are suppliers and competitors of the Holding.
