Some Decisions adopted by the Board of Directors of NMH JSC Baiterek May 25, 2023

On May 25, 2023, the Board of Directors of Baiterek NMH JSC adopted decision to place 20,000,000 (twenty million) ordinary shares in within the limits of the number of announced shares of JSC "NMH "Baiterek" at a price placement of 1,000 (one thousand) tenge per one ordinary share in the amount of 20 000,000,000 (twenty billion) tenge by exercising the right preferential purchase of shares by the Sole Shareholder of NMH JSC "Baiterek" with a subsequent increase in the authorized capital of the share company "KazAgroFinance" through the joint-stock company "Agrarian credit corporation" to finance the acquisition agricultural machinery, forage equipment and mobile irrigation systems for subsequent leasing.
