Job responsibilities: Within the framework of the Investment Policy, Baiterek NMH JSC ensures the implementation of the investment policy and monitoring of the fulfillment of investment policy requirements by subsidiaries, interaction with project applicants and coordination of subsidiaries in the framework of structuring and reviewing investment projects, as well as interaction with government agencies and other interested organizations in the investment activities of the Holding.
Qualification requirements for the vacant position (from the job description): Higher education in the field of economics / finance / applied mathematics / law / technical sciences.
Requirements for the availability of licenses, certificates, etc.: Certificate in the field of project management, Certificate in the financial sector (desirable)
Work experience requirements:
At least 3 years of work experience in the professional field or in areas corresponding to the functional areas of the position.
At least 1 year in the type of economic activity corresponding to the profile of the organization (preferably in the group of companies of the Holding) and / or government bodies.
Knowledge required to perform job duties:
Legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues within the competence of the Department;
Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Joint Stock Companies"; Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Property";
Knowledge of English, Russian and state languages;
Fundamentals of project management;
Financial analysis and financial modeling;
Analysis and evaluation of investment projects;
Fundamentals of macroeconomic and sectoral analysis;
Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of investment, banking,
entrepreneurship (Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On project financing and securitization", Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On banks and banking activities");
Current state development programs;
Knowledge of support tools for subsidiaries of Baiterek NMH JSC;
Knowledge in corporate finance;
Good knowledge of the field of activity of Baiterek NMH JSC and the financial market.
Skills required to perform duties:
Developed analytical skills;
Ability to independently prepare analytical reports on investment projects;
Construction and analysis of financial models for projects (basic modeling);
Experience in preparing analytical materials (inquiries, teasers, etc.), presentations and reports, investment memorandums;
Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office programs.
