On June 23, 2021, Rustam Muratovich Issayev was elected the Chairman of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC by the resolution of the Sole Shareholder of Baiterek National Managing Holding.
Anuar Omarkhodzhaev, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Baiterek Holding, introduced the new head of Kazakhstan Housing Company to the team.
Rustam Muratovich Issayev was born in 1975. In 1998, he graduated from Dokuz Eylul University (Turkey) with a degree in Public Finance.
He started his career in 1998 in Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC. He held various positions in KazMunayGas JSC and worked as the Executive Director in a subsidiary of KazTransGas-Almaty JSC. He has experience in the private sector. From September 2016 to June 2021, Rustam Issayev held leadership positions at KazAvtoZhol JSC.
His experience in the financial sector is more than 20 years.
He speaks Kazakh, Russian, English, and Turkish.
Adil Mukhamedzhanov, the previous head of Kazakhstan Housing Company, was appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Baiterek Holding.
