An online seminar on the use of terms in the preparation of documents in the state language was held at the "Baiterek" holding

Last week, the Baiterek holding hosted a methodological online seminar on the use of terms in the preparation of documents in the state language. The event was organized by the Department of Operations with the aim of implementing the State Program for the Implementation of the Language Policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020 - 2025 and increasing the level of use of the Kazakh language.

The seminar was attended by employees of the Holding and its subsidiaries, as well as a representative of the Language Policy Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a researcher at the National Scientific and Practical Center "Til-Kazyna" named after Shaisultan Shayakhmetov Aigerim Kozhakhmet.

Aigerim Kozhakhmet explained the terms approved by the Republican Terminology Commission under the Government and the conditions for their use in official documents. In addition, she spoke about the projects of the Language Policy Committee and the Til-Kazyna center, in particular, about the sites that will help to correctly draw up the document: "Qujat.kz", "Emle.kz", "Sozdikqor.kz", "Termincom .kz ". She spoke in detail about the site "Termincom.kz", answering the questions asked.

In addition, during the event, the participants were introduced to the Russian-Kazakh dictionary of words and phrases widely used in the activities of the Baiterek holding and the auxiliary tool Registration of official documents in the state language, which was developed by the Holding for its employees and employees of subsidiaries to unify the use terms in Kazakh.

The methodological seminar contributed to the establishment of a dialogue between the structures of the Holding on expanding the use of terminology in the state language.
