Subsidiaries of the Baiterek holding and their functions
The Baiterek holding began to work with new functions - financial support for the agro-industrial complex, which was transferred from the KazAgro holding, which was attached to it. Our structure includes three subsidiaries of the former "KazAgro" - JSC "Agrarian Credit Corporation", JSC "KazAgroFinance" and JSC "Fund for Financial Support of Agriculture".
Thus, at present there are 12 subsidiaries in the Baiterek holding. Note that it is planned to further reduce portfolio companies from 12 to 7, followed by adjusting the number of staff.
