The composition of the Holding's Board of Directors has been changed of “Baiterek” NMH” JSC

With the Order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 27, 2021 #31 “On certain issues of the Board of Directors of Baiterek National Managing Holding Joint-Stock Company” the powers of Dalenov Ruslan Erbolatovich, the member of the Holding Board of Directors, were early terminated. Irgaliyev Asset Armanovich, Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was elected to the Holding Board of Directors.
