The composition of the Holding's Board of Directors has been changed

With the Order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 25, 2020 #371 “On certain issues of the Board of Directors of Baiterek National Managing Holding Joint-Stock Company” the powers of Smailov Alikhan Askhanovich, the member of the Holding Board of Directors, were early terminated. Zhamaubayev Yerulan Kenzhebekovich, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was elected to the Holding Board of Directors.
