The composition of the Board of Directors of the Holding was elected

Upon the Orders of the Minister of the Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan #870 dated November 21, 2019 “On the composition of the Board of Directors of Baiterek National Managing Holding Joint-Stock Company” #953 dated December 28, 2019 «On some issues of the Board of Directors of Baiterek National Managing Holding Joint-Stock Company” the following composition of the Board of Directors of the Holding was elected in the amount of 10 persons with a term of powers of 3 years from December 30, 2019:

Askar Uzakpaevich Mamin - Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Timur Muratovich Suleimenov - Deputy Head of the President Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Alikhan Askhanovich Smailov - First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Roman Vasilievich Sklyar - Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Beibut Bakirovich Atamkulov - Minister of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Ruslan Yerbolatovich Dalenov - Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Aidar Abdrazakhovich Arifkhanov - Сhief Executive Officer of Baiterek NMH JSC;

Klaus Mangold - Independent Director;

Philip Yeo - Independent Director;

Thomas Mirow - Independent Director.

Mamin Askar Uzakpaevich Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Baiterek National Managing Holding Joint-Stock Company.
