Board of Directors of National managing holding «Baiterek» takes decision on reorganization by way of takeover of KazAgro National Management Holding

National managing holding «Baiterek» (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about a decision of the Board of Directors dated January 29, 2021 to put forward the following issues for consideration by the sole shareholder:

- on the reorganization of the company through the merger of KazAgro National Management Holding JSC;

- on offering of 199,591,261 common shares of the company at the price of KZT1,075.87 per share in favor of the sole shareholder of KazAgro National Management Holding JSC in payment for 100% shares of KazAgro National Management Holding JSC acquired by the company.
